Each of our products are carefully handcrafted and while we try to deliver exactly as in the picture, there might be very slight difference in color & shape as they are handmade entirely.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We pack our orders after quality check with utmost care and deliver what you see on your screens, so the chances are rare that you would receive wrong product. However if you receive a broken/damaged product, you will be eligible for exchange.

• The item must be unused, with tags intact, and in the original packaging along with the box, invoices and any other documents we supplied.

• Unboxing video of the parcel(including seal pack parcel along with address) beginning till end without any cut or pause within 24hours delivery.

• After receiving the approval for an exchange, please self-ship the product.

• After receiving the product, we will check and inspect the product, and as per our policy we will send the correct product.

• Exchange are subjected to the availability of the product. In case of unavailability of the product, you can shop for any other products of the same amount.​
